The mission of Oun'iyekiyapi Vocational Rehabilitation Services (OVRS) is to provide rehabilitation services in accordance with the Special Education and Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, to eligible, informed tribal members that will enable them to attain quality employment that is consistent with their strengths, capabilities, interests, abilities, and concerns, as well as being culturally appropriate.
